Hey crefloors..
I spoke to a daughter who is running the hotel and she stated that it is affilated with the winery and it is a very much a player in the Casino/Hotel but there are different arms to all corporations...that was in January..maybe things have changed.. we also talked about places in Paris that we love to stay and do business..
Faina..gosh..I hope it's not Fiana..sorry if I misspelled your name.

The problem with Roxy's it's opened from 5.30 pm only. I thought it's a lunch GTG? I am not brave enough to walk in the downtown Reno after dark, sorry!

So... should we continue looking for a lunch-time place, dinner at Fitzgeralds or some kind soul will gimme a ride back

Tahiti, I am so used to misspellings! I wouldn't even pay attention

Faina,
Just carry a plastic Halloween pumpkin as a purse and mumble to yourself, just like in SF, and you'll be safe in D'town Reno.

No, no...sorry...I didn't mean we should GO there, just commenting that it was a really good restaurant. Perhaps you and Mr. Again might like to try it. See? That's how cyberspace is..so easy to not say something correctly and have it misunderstood.

Kal, will you please save your plastic pumpkin bucket for me?

Crefloors, don't worry, we have plenty of time to pick a place. Let's start...

How about noon Friday November 24 Eldorado Tivoli Gardens? They have all kinds of food: Chinese, American, Italian, Mexican and Thai cuisine. The menu http://www.eldoradoreno.com/dining/i...s-Eldorado.pdf

The Brew Brothers? Here is the menu:

Ummm... is lunch OK? or dinner? I can do either or both! A free day.

Oh Faina, I don't think we will be able to make it to Reno on the 24th. If anything changes I will let you know. FYI, I love the BrewBrothers!

Just wanted to report I had a lovely lunch with Faina this afternoon. Sorry some of you couldn't make it, but Faina's talking about a GTG at Lake Tahoe sometime next summer. That could be a lot of fun. Details to follow in about six months!

I peeled mr Again away from the "loose sluts" - this is how they advertize on the highway bill boards, and came home safe and sound.

Holly, once again thank you for taking your time to meet me, it was such a pleasure!

I am posting a separate report.
