Any fun pet stores in Boston?

Going to Boston over Easter and I always like to stop at any doggy boutiques or pet stores with interesting/unusual things when I travel. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If you avoid PETCO (and please do) there are all sorts of little places, depending on where your going to be located... the mall stores are not to be trusted either..We did find when we were in Provincetown there had to be on the main street at least three or four pet boutiques.lol

Parrotmom: I HATE Petco! I actually won't shop anyplace that sells puppies or kittens. I just like buying my pooch fancy and fun stuff. (She, on the other hand, prefers the "hunting look" - perhaps camo. ;-} She's a Terrier.) We will be downtown at MFA, probably in Cambridge, probably at Burlington Mall, staying in Arlington. Thanks!

There's one on Shawmut ave in the southend by the great Formaggio's cheese shop and Franklin Cafe, a good choice for an affordable, well prepared eclectic meal. Another on Charles Street, not as cool.imo
