Any Comments on Roger Smith?

Can anyone tell me about their experiences with The Roger Smith?

I'm assuming you are talking about the Roger Smith Hotel in New York. It is a fairly small hotel on Lexington Ave in midtown. It has become quite popular-especially with European visitors. The rooms are pleasant, rates include a good continental breakfast. The owner is an artist and art collector , so there is quite a bit of interesting art around. Overall, it is one of the better moderate priced hotels. I used to stay there quite a bit but it has been full on my last couple of trips.

Roger Smith was a well known homosexual who emerged from the tenaments of Philadelphia. His hotel is a fine upstanding establishment.

If you can try to make it to the restaurant and try the famous oriental dish "cream of some young guy".

Enjoy!

Artsy hotel. Quirky. Redoing rooms right now. A real original.

We recently stayed there and enjoyed ourselves. Friendly staff, large enough rooms and wonderful continental staff. Good location.

Wasn't/isn't he married to Ann Margaret? You might want to e-mail her.
