Any comments on Roberts Tours IN Hawaii

Has anyone gone on Roberts Tours in Hawaii? I'm considering their one day (sounds kind of whirlwind-like)tour from Oahu to another island. Comments? Thanks.

Roberts of Hawaii is very reputable. If you are timid about exploring on your own, then I would recommend them.

If you are staying on Oahu and want to visit a neighbor island for a day, it is entirely do-able on your own with a little advanced "homework."

How far in advance do you have to book? I'm going with family to Maui in June and would like to do a Robert's Tour to Oahu.

We booked our complimentary Roberts Hawaii bus tour through our hotel concierge for free as an incentive to attend a timeshare presentation on Kauai. The tourbus included tourists speaking another language.

The tour made it easy to find some highlights on Kauai and gave some interesting history, useful before we discovered the Ultimate Kauai Guidebook.

Since we both have ((L))heartbeats we left the tour early (they dropped us off at our hotel) after a few hours to go explore beautiful ((R))Kauai((R)) on our own. The tour seemed reasonably priced. :S-

Thanks for the replies. In reply to Lisa14, the owner/manager of the place where I'm staying in Oahu in February said I could wait to book Roberts when I arrive.

I did a Roberts Hawaii Tour on the Big Island and highly recommend them.

I suggest a rent-a-car and good map
