Any Apartments in Maui?

Hi All

I'm looking into moving to Maui and would like to know are there any good apartment websites for Maui? Does anyone know how much rent would normally cost for a 1-2 bedroom apartment in Maui? This place is paradise and I want to move there

Thanks!!!

Try looking at the classified on the Maui News website. Kihei would be the place where there would be the most places available.

Hi! I live in Kihei and pay 950 + utilities per month for a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo. I'm across the beach and in a nice location. Prices on Maui range from 750 (for a studio) to well over 2000. It really depends where you want to live. Wailuku (which is central on maui) has some more of the economical rents, but you'll find much more available in Kihei (which has more beach front properties). Good luck on your search.

Wow! I must say I'm surprised to see rents that reasonable in Kihei! We paid much more when we lived in Honolulu, and the rents here in Florida are in that same price range, and much higher than that in Key West, Florida, where my sister lives. Makes me wonder - what do people pay for rent in the rest of the country?

Was just cruising Amazon.com an hour ago and saw recommendation for book titled something like "So you want to move to Hawaii.....". Looked like a title you may be interested in.
