Why the sorrow? Were any of them from what we used to call a roach coach with ingredients obtained at Costco and BJ's which has suddenly taken on the stature of Maxim's?

There is much more to life than meat, even if meat that is well-prepared. There is something neolithic about a big slab of meat and bone on your plate.
