It is expensive to flight from big island to honolulu? its easy to get tickets? i mean if i go to big island and stay there and then go to honolulu can i get tickets fast and cheap there?

The only two airlines I know of operating between the Big Island and Honolulu are Hawaiian and Mokulele, a small, local carrier. Fares are about the same for both, but if you take Mokulele you'll avoid the long check-in and TSA lines Hawaiian Airlines passengers deal with. The tickets will be the same price whether you buy them now online or once you are in Hawaii. Be aware that the inter-island flights do sell out, so don't wait too long to buy your tickets.

Should cost about $85-100 one way on Hawaiian, prices go up the longer you wait.

Almost every inter island flight I have been on has been half full or less. I think spending half a of time is expensive, but the airfare isn't.
