Another NYC restaurant request... 50/Lex

Hi all... I am headed off tomorrow for 3 days in NY. Staying at the Affinia 50 and would like to find a really good place within walking distance of 50th and Lex for Wednesday night.
Nothing fancy... I want to wear cargo pants.
I do not eat pasta, so no Italian unless they have a pretty extensive non-pasta selection.
I am also not a steak person. I am not even a sandwich person.
I like creative 'clean' foods.
Incredible, innovative salads, asian-fusion, new American, and light Latin.
My favorite meat dishes are Tuna Tartare, cold crab/avocado dishes and ceviche.
I seem to be having a thing for cold foods lately.
I like fine cheese served with interesting toppings.
I don't drink, so a wine menu is not important.
As far as salads go, I am not a fan of Caesar, Cobb or other savory standards.
I am more into salads made with baby greens, cheese, nuts and fruit.
Hopefully this is specific enough.
Y'all gave me excellent advise a few weeks ago... so I am keeping my fingers crossed!
Thanks!

Where did you end up going last time?

If money is no object: Joel Robuchon in the Four Seasons!
But back to reality: Aquavit Cafe 55th St. between Madison & Park - spectacular new wave Swedish food, incredibly well balanced, clean flavors

Pump Energy food and Energy Kitchen for lunches/take out

Our Place - a more upscale, lighter Chinese at 55 bet. Lex and 3rd

Aja - kinda hipster sushi on 58th and 1st Avenue

There are a couple of outlets of Chopt - very good build your own salad places - one at 52nd bet. Lex and 3rd and the other at 56th and Madison.

Yama, Blue Water Grill and Sushi Samba.
All very good!

Definitely Yama for sushi, and it's within walking distance. I also love the Asian Fusion at Fusia on 58th and 1st. It's across the street from Aja, so you can do a comparison b/t the two menus.
