You'd think with all those noisy roosters, there wouldn't be any mosquitoes or other biting insects on that rain-plagued island.

not to mention the traffic. why would anyone go there when they could go to maui. (wink-wink)

Hubby and I HATED our trip to Kauai. KIDDING!

Okay, I just have to say that all of this talk about Kauai is really making me yearn to go back there.

I celebrated my 50th birthday there in February with my husband and it WAS truly paradise. It was honestly the best vacation I ever had.

The only thing I hated was the long flight to get there. We live in Mass. so it takes forever.
