Anaheim Restaurant Help

I'm looking for suggestions on a restaurant for dinner that would appeal to teenage boys. Preferably non-Disney, in or around Anaheim. The coast would be OK too. Thanks in advance!

I think there is one of those Knights of the Round Table places not to far from D/Land.

Do you mean Pirate's Adventure? have you heard anything about it?

Buca de Pepo (sp) is a family style Italian restaurant. Very popular with all ages and since things are served family style, there might be enough for teenage boys. It's right on the main highway that goes past Disneyland.

rosegirl,

I think the other poster means Medieval Times, a diner show type place where everyone eats with their hands and knights joust in the arena.

I've never been, but have heard it's really fun.

Pirate's Dinner Adventure and Medieval Times are both on Beach Blvd. in Buena Park. Both put on a show with your dinner. I haven't been, but I think that these might be geared toward younger kids.

Buca di Beppo is on Harbor Blvd. in Garden Grove, abot 5 minutes from Disneyland. There are lots of chain restaurants along Harbor (Outback Steakhouse, Chili's etc.)

There is also a Dave and Buster's in the Block at Orange mall.

Dave & Buster's at the Block was my first choice for teen boys. It's a restaurant, but they also have video games and stuff which is highly appealing. Also, it's at the Block, which is a youngish (teens) outdoor mall - good for just walking around with shops that appeal to that age group. Virgin Mega Store, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Vans Skate Park - even a bowling alley and movie theater. You could even drop the boys off there for a few hours, if you wanted!

Good luck!

There are a few Claim Jumper restaurants in the area (one is adjacent to Knott's Berry Farm, in fact). Also, keep your eye out for BJ's brewhouses for great homestyle hearty fare & pizza - they usually have a game on big-screen TV.

Another suggestion, for great burgers would be Islands restaurants, where surfing/snowboarding/extreme sports videos play on TV's in an islander-themed setting. (Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Orange)
