alcatraz tickets
 

I ordered tickets for Alcatraz on the 23rd of July. We leave on Thurs, Aug 3rd. I would have thought that this would be enough time for them to mail the tickets. I can't see that it would take more than 1 week for the mail service to deliver them (to Louisiana) I would have thought that they would have been put in the mail by the Tues. if they were ordered on the Sun. If they don't arrive on Thurs I guess I can go to the ticket booth with the credit card used to purchase them and an explanation.

Do you have a phone number or an e-mail address for company that is sending you the tickets? Call them or e-mail them if you do.

Yes I reserved through the Blue & Gold Fleet. I sent them an email and got no response. I will call today.

It took my husband and I a while to get the tickets. We were just about to call them when they arrived in the mail.
