DebitNM-does one need hiking poles for Tent Rocks and/or hiking around Ouray?

DebitNM Aug 3rd, 2013 11:06 AM

Poles can actually be a bit of a hindrance at Tent Rocks as you have to do some rock scrambling and I find that the poles can be dealt with, it is a pain.

Not sure about hiking around Ouray - that's a pretty general description. I usually like poles when I am hiking in the woods, forest, climbs on trails.

That's a bit random, wilperson. And it was actually a psychiatric and rail-yard hospital in it's past life.
