I've eaten at Powdrell's on Central by Tramway, not the one on 4th. It was good. Quarter's is good too. I've not eaten at County Line.
Rudy's has really good BBQ and 2 locations...one on Westside near Cottonwood Mall and one on eastside -- San Mateo near I40.
There is also a Dickey's on I 25 frontage road {SB side} near Jefferson.
And in Rio Rancho, the Smokehouse is good too. {On 528 just past Intel}.
Rudy's is my vote for the best of all of these, though they are all good.
Hope this helps...

Powdrell's, the Smokehouse, and Quarters are all locally owned and their food is excellent.
Rudy's and Dickey's are both chains, but their food is good too. Rudy's sauce isn't sweet at all if your tastes run that way, though none of the other places have what I would call a sweet BBQ sauce. Rudy's makes a really good smoked turkey.
