Has anyone dined at the restaurant GRAZE lately? Heard it's fairly new place.
Any other recommendations for great food in Albuquerque, NM area?

Try Artichoke Cafe on Central. Delicious and classy. Haven't been to Graze. If you want atmosphere and Mexican, try the big restaurant La Placita in Old Town on the Plaza For more informal grub--If you like 50's style diners, try Central called 66 Diner note far from downtown. For breakfast, try Church St. Cafe, in an alley-like street behind the Cathedral. Open for other meals, too, but we love it at breakfast time. Old Spanish adobe house. I also make it a point to get to Bernallilo and stop at the Range Cafe.Last time I was Alb. I had a terrific meal at Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant, but you have to get directions and drive a ways from downtown.

More casual than fancy places listed here, but they are my favs.

I haven't eaten at Graze, but I hear it's very good.

In the Nob Hill/University area, Vera mentioned 66 Diner - fun and casual. We also like Scalo and Yanni's in the same area. Flying Star is great for more casual food; everything is really fresh and they have incredible desserts, plus they roast their own coffee (they also have other locations around town). Gruet Steakhouse is supposed to be good, but I haven't been there yet.

We had dinner the other night at Le Cafe Miche in the Northeast Heights - wonderful French country food.

I can't agree with La Placita in Old Town, but Church St. Cafe is yummy. A fun, fairly inexpensive, and good lunch option near Old Town is the Route 66 Malt Shop; excellent sandwiches, shakes, and malts, and the owner makes good root beer.

The Range Cafe is great, and they have two locations in Albuquerque besides their original location in Bernalillo.

I haven't been the Range in Albq, only Bernalillo. I love the atmosphere there (and the food, of course)!

If you visit the Flying Star on Rio Grande there's a fantastic independent bookstore (Bookworks) next to the restaurant.

I'd also add to the list a place in Old Town called Season's Grill. Had lunch and dinner there a few weeks ago. Excellent food.
