Have you read the suggestions in all of the above replies - there are several suggestions for things to see and do and hotels in Santa Fe.

How much do you want to spend on hotels in SF and Taos?

Thanks Deb. I was hoping to keep hotels in the $100-150 range, but I know that may not be possible for Santa Fe and Taos, but a girl can hope. Albuquerque will not be a problem. We were originally going to stay near Placitas, but I think we may want to stay near Old Town since we may be tired from our very early morning flight. We can rest for an hour our two then walk around the shops, have dinner, and get an early start in the morning for Taos. Is Georgia O'Keefs home available for view, or just the museum?

What part are you asking about, mrspa10? Hotels in SF and Taos?

Georgia O'Keefe's home is available for tour (the one in Abiquiu not Ghost Ranch). Google that to get the info for tours. And heads up, they sell out fast as they are small tours.

If you like her I highly suggest visiting Ghost Ranch. You can hike or hang close with your camera and take in the glorious views that inspired Georgia O'Keefe.

Thanks BeachGirl247. We will be in Taos just for one day. Any other suggestions? Hiking is out, but some walking is okay. We were hoping to go to Taos Pueblo.
Thanks everyone for the hotel suggestions. We wanted charm, but decided on chain hotels instead. We're getting old and don't have too much adventure left in us.

Now that our hotels are booked, we are still trying to decide what sights to see in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Taos. There is so much and so little time.
