Albuqueque NM - What to see and do?
Will be visiting Albuqueque in late May. We would like to do some exploring of the area - Any ideas on what to do and see? We don't mind driving 1-3 hrs in any direction to explore. Also, any great restaurant recommendations would be appreciated!

What are your interests, and how long will you be here? Will you have children with you, or is this an adult vacation?
Santa Fe is an hour north of Albuquerque, Bandelier National Monument is about 90 minutes north (cliff dwellings), Taos is two hours north. Acoma Pueblo is 40 minutes west of Albuquerque.
For restaurant recommendations, type DebitNM in the search box. She started a great thread with Albuquerque restaurant recommendations.

We like the Artichoke, too.
Really there is a ton of information already posted here about New Mexico and Albuquerque. You should search the topics and then come back to ask specific questions when you have a better idea of what you might want to see and do. We'd love to help but the topic is way too broad for us to be of much assistance.
