Alaska Airlines flight 65 SEA-JNU?

I have always wanted to take this flight to Juneau as it stops 3 time enroute and I'd like to see the views on approach of Sitka,Wrangell, and Ketichikan.Has anybody out there ever taken this flight? Was it a real treat?

The sky was dark that day. we did not see anything until landing

Skies are the X factor. I've been to all three towns and the views should be great, but the chances of cloud are high . . . it's a rainforest afterall.

If you're a gambler, though, the payoff can be spectacular.

I've been on it several times. The approaches are fun, but nothing like the typical JNU departure.

Even more fun to take the milk run on up to ANC - JNU-YAK-CDV-ANC.

Or the Kodiak landing ... with the mountain at the end of the runway.

I was thinking of doing flight 65 in April, before the summer crowds.Since I'll be on a reduced rate ticket(I work for DL)I have to kinda watch the loads leaving SEA.
