Airport Transportation In Southeast Indiana

I'm posting this for a friend of mine.

She lives in a small town in southeastern Indiana that's about 90 minutes from any major airport. The town has no buses, no taxis, no Greyhound, no Amtrak, no nothing and she needs to get to the Indianapolis airport. She doesn't drive or own a car and none of her friends has the time to give her a ride to the airport. Her town has a shuttle service to Indianapolis and the quote they gave her was $280 one-way, I believe. She'd like to know if anyone knows of other, cheaper alternatives.

A friend? If that is not a possiblity maybe she could pay someone from town to drive her to the airport. When we lived in a small town a retired gentleman from our church would hire himself out to transport people.

Yeah. She's shy about posting here and since I'm already registered, she asked me to post for her. I should have clarified that I live in WA state, so my getting her to the airport is definitely out of the question. I'm not that good of a friend. :)

She has told me that a woman who lives down the street from her can maybe, possibly take her, but there's no guarantee.

Thank you! I'll suggest that to her.
