North Georgia ZipLine

Anyone out there that can recommend a zipine in North Georgia area?? We will be in the area for one day and thought it would be fun. Anything between Atlanta and the NC border near Mountain City and Dillard, even into NC would be fine.
Thanks.

There are three that are in that area -

The one at Sunburst Stables -

This is west of 985/441 near Lake Burton

This one in Lula - east of 985 as you drive north

One in Bryson City, NC -

I can't personally recommend any of these but I do know that Sunburst Stables is one of the best run stables in North Georgia. It's in a good location (Batesville GA) and can be reached by two beautiful drives - or make a big loop of it.

If you drive north on 197 from Clarkeville GA (towards Batesville GA and the stable) stop at Mark of the Potter. Gorgeous pottery and feed some of the biggest trout you'll ever see.

After you finish with the zipline, you could drive 197 north and then 76 east over to Clayton = maybe the prettiest drive in N GA.

OR head over to Louie's on the Lake at Lake Burton for some of the best pizza anywhere -

On the way back to Atlanta, stop at Tallulah Falls and walk along the rim to see Tallulah Gorge

I highly recommend checking out North Georgia Canopy Tours 1st due to the quality of the course design, eco-features, website, and reviews. The course was built by the top canopy tour in the USA....don't forget, you get what you pay for! The experience will be 1st Class!
