Airport Transportation
I am flying in and out or NY the same day. Arriving at LaGuardia but flying out of Newark. What's the best mode of transportation for me. I am gong to 52nd and 7th in Manhattan.

Best = cheapest, fastest???

I always take a taxi from LGA into the city. It's the fastest way and not terribly expensive ($25ish).

I usually take the Airtrain from Penn Station (33rd & 7th) to Newark Airport. It costs around $12. You can hop on a subway from where you will be and head downtown 2 stops to get to Penn. Another option for you, which I used to do before the Airtrain, is to take a bus from Port Authority (42nd & 8th). About the same price as the train, and you could walk there from 52nd if your shoes are fairly comfortable.

Of course, if you don't have to pay for it, might as well get a car service to Newark. Though I wouldn't do it during rush hour, when traffic is slow and Airtrains run often.

I agree with Suzanne. Cab from LGA to town and either car service or airtrain to Newark. If you're leaving in rush hour, the train will be faster.

For car service
are commonly used.

The cheapest way from LGA is a bus, but I do NOT recommend it! It takes forever and is not worth the hassle with luggage. A cab is an option unless you're really on a budget- if so, you CAN do the bus, just be prepared for it to be somewhat unpleasant :)
