Airfare/Maui
 

Going to Maui in June, looking for cheap airfare. Any ideas. I have been looking for awhile and they still seem high, any month that that usually lower fares. I know I could go in January and get good rates but can't go then. Any info appreciated

Right now it looks like the sale fares to Maui are good for travel through May 23rd. I'm using the "my dates are flexible" feature on Travelocity. It may be a little early for June, just keep checking back. I've seen good fares starting about 5-6 months from departure but they're not always available this early. I need tickets for LAX-OGG in August and am also only finding $500+ fares this far out.

Thanks for the info, I too saw round trip tickets for ATA airline for 179.00 each way, but had to travel befor May. So I will keep looking if anyone finds any cheap airfare from Oakland, CA or San Francisco to Maui, Please let me know.

We are going in June also , we looked at all the advertised online bookers but in the end we found for us the best deal was from hawaiianair.com
Not sure if they fly from your area though. Book as soon as possible we had to change our days to fly beacause the flight was almost FULL except for scattered seats(nothing together).

Can you travel the first two weeks of June? Aloha Airlines has a special right now for travel through June 15th. OAK-OGG for $139-$149 each way. Must purchase by Feb 17th and you get 10% off by booking on their website. Go to www.alohaairlines.com

I just priced out OAK-OGG June 2 outbound and June 9 return on their site and the total fare including all taxes was $285.10. That's really good!

I just booked my flight from OAK to OGG but had to come back after the sale endedn, but got the fare one way cheap and 10% discount booking on line
Total $432.00 round trip, I thought this was great for Mid June. However if I could of gone a week eariler and come back eariler I would have gotten the better rate. Oh well Thanks for all the info

I'm looking too LAX-Maui August. Please keep me posted. Airlines saying flights booking up fast. Aloha cheapest so far.

Fyi, the prices on Aloha website reflect the 10% internet discount. I thought you'd take an additional 10% off published price. A bit misleading, I think.
