Airfare deals Vancouver - LAX?
 

Hi guys,
I've started pricing out some airfares for a trip to Anaheim (flying into LAX) for mid September. Right now, on Travelocity, I'm seeing flights for about $705 CDN for two people including taxes for Vancouver - LAX return. Is that a good deal or do prices often drop lower than that? Thanks for any advice you can provide.

May go down 30-45 days out. Keep looking and I'm sure you can get a better fare.

Does anyone have a ballpark figure of how low it could go? I just want to have an idea of a price to aim for and lock in! Thanks again.

Not sure about Vancouver exactly, but I've paid around 440 from LA to Anchorage. Does Alaska Air fly to LAX from Vancouver? If so, check them out.

The best time to check for fares is Tuesday night/Wednesday morning at midnight. That is when the airline post their sales. In addition to checking the consolidators such as Travelocity, Orbitz, etc., also look at the individual airline websites.

I just checked Travelocity and the lowest fare is $270 US including taxes roundtrip per person ($540 US for two). That's a good price.
