Affordable B&B's in Napa Valley

Hi. I'm having trouble deciding on where to stay for my 3 night stay in Napa or Sonoma.
There seems to be a very large selection of Bed and Breakfast places, but 1) I have never stayed in one before and 2) I can only spend up to $150 a night (but less would be better).
The Old World Inn looks pretty good. Anyone know about it?
Are there any hotels worth it (the selection seems limited), or is it better to go the B&B way. I will be going in October which is considered the high season.
Thanks

Try the el bonita hitel in Napa and ask foor a room in the back away from the street. Foothills House is wonderful in Calistoga but there least expensive room is $169. That also includes breakfast and is well worth it. They also serve wine and apetizers every evening at 6. It's a great place, if you can I afford it I highly reccomend it!
