Why is Penn Station area so rotten for dining? I mean, Koreatown is three blocks away or something, on 32nd Street. Try that new organic tofu place from LA whose name I forget on the north side of the street.

If you are sick of Korean, take the subway to the Meatpacking district or the West Village. Chelsea is a little closer. There's a Grand Sichuan on 24th and 9th or something like that.

Actually personally I find the UES to be full of overpriced restaurants. Not that the food isn't good, but good value can be hard to find.

What about the Affinia in Murray Hill?
