Advise me: Bryce vs. Zion

Jump to last reply

I am going to Southern Utah in a month for a 3 nights before I have to be in Salt Lake. I'm so excited to see this part of the country. Sounds like Bryce is the hands down favorite, but I am having trouble finding lodging. The lodge inside the Nat'l park is full and Ruby's Best Western only has the last night of three available. Should I opt for Zion, where there seems to be more lodging, instead? Normally I would camp in the back country, but I am recovering from a broken foot and don't think I should do more than day hike with a light pack. Any advice on alternate places to stay or lodging in between Bryce and Zion, is most welcome. Thanks.
