Have not but I would thoroughly research before you book. It would be a long week if you make a mistake Maybe find a knowledgeable travel agent and check out bookstore travel guides.

Last month I spent over a week at the CM Ranch in nearby Dubois. It's probably the best ranch I've visited. Good accommodations and food. Excellent riding program for adults and children and for riders of all skill levels. We also added on a 3 day pack trip into the wilderness area which was absolutely awesome...

Hi!

I can highly recommend the Bitterroot Ranch outside of Dubois. Not really a "dude" ranch because it's all about riding. No tennis, spas, or square dancing. Great food, excellent horses, awesome scenery. Riding lessons available, and a cross country jumping course for the experienced experts. They have a web site.
