Adult Only Resorts

I am looking to travel with my partner in February or March to an Adult Only Resort.... I am told money is no object (lol) so I am looking for a resort that has 5 star restaurants, possibly a Casino and definitely clothing optional beaches, etc. If anyone has had any positive experiences and could highly recommend some destination I would much appreciate it.... By the way, and not sure if it matters we are both close to 50.

Close to 50? Wear clothes. ((a)) ((b))

Totally agree with Budman.... :-d

Inside or outside of the US are you traveling?

I have seen pictures of Budman- by all means please follow your own advice

Isn't there a famous adult resort in Jamica?

If money is no object, rent Necker Island in the Virgin Islands for (last time I checked) $25,000 per day.

I'm sure you can stroll around nude or wearing a circus clown outfit for outlaying that kind of dough.

If you are interested in a c/o vacation, you can also go with a swanky private villa complete with staff.
We've done that, and it was great.

For a place with c/o beaches, you could look at St Barts or Tulum in Mexico.

I can think of several places we've been that are 4 Star and c/o at your own cottage area - like PSV in the Grenadines, or Covecastles in Anguilla - but as far as I know, a 5 Star c/o resort does not exist...

Thank you everyone, especially Diana, I will look into your suggestions... as far as Budman goes, let me forward you a pic - I think you will take back your uncalled for comment....

mettygirl, if you are 50 and you still feel good enough about yourself to go clothing optional, then you go girl!! I hope someday I'm fiesty at fifty!! =D>

I understood that nudity is illegal on any beach or resort in the USA? I recall being told that when I visited Lake Havasu City, Arizona. A souvenir shop there had postcards showing hundreds of nude bathers on the beach (distance shots!)and someone said that the police turn a blind eye because they just couldn't arrest and deal with so many. I did wonder if this was a wind up but I believe the nude bathing bit is true?

Wish I had your kind of confidence mettygirl2. We have some, but not many naturists in the UK. Frankly, I reckon they deserve a medal.

Mary Jo, I'm not into nudism, but there's no way that nudity is illegal throughout the US. I have heard of nudist colonies in many parts of the US, and it's very hard to believe the police are just turning a blind eye. In fact, I bet they are looking very closely. ;-)

I live in Austin, Texas and there is a nude beach on the lake just outside of Austin. This is not a private club, it is open to the public. Of course, I've only seen it through a telescope, as I don't have metty's confidence either. :-))

metty baby, It was a joke! I was just joking! Did you not notice the smiley face after my post?

Now that you offer, send the pic so we can all take a look and fodorites can decide. :-) ((a)) ((b))

What a light-hearted giggle, P_M and Budman! Thank you for that info, next time I come to the USA, I shall definitely leave my swimsuit at home and bugger my reservations about my chronologically challenged physique! Maybe I ain't so bad for 50 something.
