Adamstown
Hi,
I'm looking for a place to stay to go antiquing in Adamstown. Maybe a bed and breakfast? Any help would be great! Thanks! |
By Adamstown I assume you mean Maryland. I have good friends who live there - let me ask them for recommenations.
|
Are you asking about Adamstown in the central PA region? We stayed at the Adamstown Inn a few years ago. They have a website that you can find if you do a search online. It wasn't very fancy but their breakfast was very good and the shopping was nearby. I hope you have fun. We have been lucky and have found some really nice things in the antique stores there.

yes, sorry I was referring to Adamstown, PA. Was the B&B Decent enough to stay in? We don't need anything too fancy.
|
Hmmmm. I was thinking Adamstown, RI.
|
Adamstown Inn is good. They have a website.Keep in mind that the huge antique mkt. there is only open on Sunday.
|
There are many antiques stores in that area. The big day is Sunday but some stores are open on Saturday too. The Adamstown Inn was a nice place to stay. The people who ran it were friendly and the breakfast was really good. It was clean and we had no problems with it.

This is great, thank you! Any restaurant suggestions as well?
|
I do not have a restaurant selection for you, but don't miss The Country French Collection, 2887 N. Reading Road, Adamstown. It's my favorite!

Just wanted to be sure that you understand that Adamstown is an easy 20 minutes north of Lancaster which has a great selection of restaurants. In Adamstown, Stoudt's Restaurant is expensive but well-known for steak and micro-beers.
