Abstract Expressionism exhibit at MOMA

Is it necessary to buy tickets in advance for this exhibit?

These pieces are from MoMa's own collection. Thus, I would tend to doubt it.

Will be in the city 11 October. Will this still be on?

The Free Fridays is always on, but in the fall and summer it's insanely busy. You might have to arrive as early as 2:30 and stand in a blocks-long line (not just single block ... blocks) just to get in by 4 or 5. Is it worth it? Only you can decide.
