A few days around Tuscon

We are planning a trip to the Tuscon area Feb 11-13 from Sun City. We are first time snowbirds to Arizona and would appreciate any points of interest that we should see.
My husband is in a wheelchair...so accessibility is a consideration. We have been to the Botanical gardens in Phx, so may skip the desert museum for this time. We do want to go to the Tubac art fair, so have booked the Holiday Inn Exp in Green valley for 2 nights.
Any must do/must see's would be appreciated. Also..any restaurants...?
Many thanks

Established in 1922 by Monica Flin, El Charro Café of Tucson, Arizona is The Nation’s Oldest Mexican Restaurant in continuous operation by the same family.

I have not been to the Phx Botanical Gardens but I'd give the Desert Museum a second thought. It really is unique and quite interesting, not your typical botanical garden (though I like those a lot as well).

Since you're going to Tubac continue down a few miles to visit Tumacácori National Historical Park:

In Tubac have a meal at Elvira's for sure!

Have a great trip.

Sabino Canyon has a tram that will take into the canyon. We took a handicapped friend there and he was able to experience this incredibly beautiful place.

Yes, Sabino Canyon, and we also always enjoy the spectacular views on the drive up Mt. Lemmon:

Also, Tucson is only about 70 miles from Tombsone and another 23 miles to Bisbee--two interesting towns.

Mission San Xavier is beautiful, just south of the city, late 1700's, on Tohono O'dom reservation, close to I-19.
