A Budget apartment in Paris for 5 days????
 

I'm searching out options for where to stay in Paris in mid-March, and have considered possibly renting an apartment for the 5-day stay. I'm on a budget, so was hoping to get a place for one or 2 people for about 50 euros total each night.
Anybody know of a good place or where I can search for these cheaper apartments to rent?

You probably need to post this on the Europe forum not the US forum.

Try looking at the apartments on www.vrbo.com or inexpensive hotels at http://www.eurocheapo.com

I think you will have a hard time renting an apartment for only 5 days. And one in that price would be pretty iffy, I would think. You can stay in a hotel or hostel for that "maybe". That is pretty bare bones.

Also check The Thorn Tree on the Lonely Planet website because there are more barebones shoestring travelers on that forum than here.

I'm not sure 50 euro for 2 is realistic in Paris. If it is 1 person only then a bunk in a hostel for 20-30 euro a night would be feasible.
