Circo at Bellagio has great food and a lovely view of the fountains.
The Steak House at Circus Circus has terrific steaks!

We always go to the Voodoo Cafe at the top of the Rio when in town. Not really a cafe, the view over the strip is fantastic. If you like cajun/creole this is the place.

Mon Ami Gabi at Paris - outstanding! Ask for a table outside with a view of the Bellagio fountains.

Harrah's Buffet Restaurant is the best! They have different kinds of food: American, Seafood, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, etc. They also have tasty deserts. The price is under $20. I think it's about $14 - 16/ person.

Well.......we like The Pink Taco (Hardrock Hotel), Spice market (Aladin Buffet), Circo (Bellagio), The steak House at Treasure Island, Cafes at the Bellagio, TI and Luxor are good. Kahunaville at TI, The Venetian and Paris have some really good little places too. Oh and Cozymels (off the strip)

The best meals I've had in Vegas:

1. Onda at Mirage -- one of the best filet mignons I've had in years, expensive, great bar/waiting area off the casino
2. Lotus of Siam -- Thai food, small place off the strip, inexpensive but fantastic Northern Thai cuisine
