50th Birthday Getaway!!
 

We are planning a 50th Birthday long weekend vacation/celebration (4 days) in early February and are looking for an exciting place to go that time of year! We are thinking somewhere warm (we're from Minnesota!) and are looking to splurge (so we're not too worried about price). Any recommendations? Location/hotel/resort? Thank you!

What else do you want besides warmth? Anywhere in South Florida, Palm Springs, San Diego. Luxurylink.com is an interesting website to peruse. They auction off (and sell) upscale packages. You might get some ideas even if you don't buy from them. Be warned, before buying or bidding, call the hotel directly to find out about availability on your dates if you're not flexible.
