4 nights in NOLA - restaurant suggestions?

Right now considering GW Fins (will def go here), NOLA, Emerils, Cochon, Peche? Wondering what opinions are and also some other more casual recommendations? Thanks in advance!

On my last trip to New Orleans, I went to a new (to me) restaurant called Kingfisher - the food was very good and it is a nice, but casual place, very friendly. I sat at the bar and had dinner (cedar plank gulf fish) and a couple beers.

Gumbo Shop is another good choice for something good and more casual. I had the shrimp creole, which was very good. I went with a friend and he had the gumbo - also very good.

Cafe Amelie is another good choice, especially if you want to sit out in a beautiful courtyard. On my last trip, I had the shrimp pasta - so so good.

I've eaten an many -- but my absolute favorites were two dinners at NOLA and a two lunches at Cochon. Those four meals were above anything else I've had in Nola.

Bayona would probably be next.
