Impossible. You need at least 3 days for Williamsburg-Jamestown-Yorktown;2 days for Charlottesville and 2 days for Shenandoac if you want to see something.Paul

If all you plan to do is drive to these destinations to say you were there, then yes, but if you want to take in any of the sites, you can easily spend 4 days in DC and not see everything. So, respond to this post to let us know what you "must see" in these destinations. This will enable us to give you better time frames and guidelines.

I was already in DC and Williamsburg. But my mom is coming to visit and she wants to see it. A must seen in Williamsbur would be the living museum. In D.C. we would take one of the citie tours and still would have time to walk around. Since she is not so much into museums (an doesn't speak english very well) we wouldn't need to spend a ot of time on that. She
mostly just want to see all the sight like the memorials, withe House etc.,
In the Shedonah Valley we just wanted to drive the skyline drive (don't know if there is something else to do).
Charlottsville would be for Monticello, don't know if there is something else to do either.

For Washington I would suggest to take the Old Town trolley(you can get on/off all day and the driver is a good guide). In Williamsburg(with a combination ticket) you can visit the three sites(Williamsburg-Jamestown(first settlement) and Yorktown(site of the decisive revolutionary battle). You are transported by bus included in the ticket.
On the Skyline drive you have the different outlooks if you dont want to make any hikes. In Charlottesville you can again take a combination ticket for visit of Monticello-Ashlawn Highland(home of pres.James Montoe) and the Michie Tavern ca.1784).Paul
