Wynn has an excellent steak house - SW Steakhouse. It isn't cheap, but it is sometimes called the best in town.
Why "sometimes?" Steak houses seem to provoke some of the stronger feelings with respect to restaurants. For virtually every higher end place in town, I've seen a review saying something like "this is the best place ever", but with another review saying "this is a terrible place; I can't imagine how anyone could like it." |
I vote for Bellagio. Picasso would get my vote for dining. One other dining experience I always like is the Sterling Brunch @ MGM. I would vote for "O" or Mystere.

What about tix for Le Cirque?
|
OMG The Wynn is fabulous! I didn't stay there but walked through and checked out all of the restaurants.
My personal opinion is that when Steve Wynn sold the Bellagio it went downhill. I used the think it was much nicer than the Venetian but now think the Venetian is much nicer than the Bellagio. Can't beat the fountains though. The Wynn is nicer than both hotels. BTW, when we were there on Monday, even though it was only 55 outside because of the pool arrangement, it was actually something like 75 degrees out by the main pool. And it was open and people were laying out. |
Does anyone know if Le Cirque tix for mystere ever get discounted?
|
That's interesting GoTravel about the poolside temps. Did they have solar panels?
|
I've seen Mystere tickets discounted at the discount ticket place at the Fashion Show mall. It was a fairly modest discount (something like 10%). The only other Cirque show I've seen discounted was Zumanity.
The tickets went very fast. |
We saw Mystere last year and got a package deal with dinner at The Steakhouse in Treasure Island. We ate after the show. It was a great deal pricewise and foodwise. We truly enjoyed our meal and had great personal service. It is white tablecloth. Enjoy your trip!
