24 hours in Atlanta, Georgia

Any ideas on the best way to spend one day in Atlanta? I will not have car.

Give us a hint as to where you will be staying and what you would like to do. Do you plan to walk around, taxi or take the Metro?

We have enjoyed the Atlanta History Center, the Martin Luther King sites and the Jimmy Carter Library.

Thought the Coca-Cola thing wasn't worth it.

Still want to get to the High Museum, CNN and the Botanical Garden.

You have to go to World of Coke once.
Don't go to all of the boring movies, but make sure to go to the interactive stuff such as the place where you can sample the drinks from other countries and where the coke comes out of the wall right into your glass. Also, make sure to go to the soda jerk. I think you'd really enjoy world of Coke. I would take Marta (that's the metro). It's the best way to get around if you're not renting a car.

I would do the CNN tour, go to the World of Coke, check out Centennial Park, and do some shopping.
