2017 Mackinac Bridge Walk
 

I've posted a trip report about this year's Mackinac Bridge Walk with 3 pahes of photos.

The Mackinac Bridge links Michigan's Upper Peninsula and Lower Peninsula. The 5 mile long suspension bridge is beautiful and has a beautifyl setting.

Labor Day morning is the only day that the public is invited to walk over the bridge and this was the 60th year. The estimate is that 25,000 people walked, down from about 45,000 last year and 30,000 the last time I did the walk.
