2 mid-50s friends looking for spa vacation
One from the west coast, one from the east coast. Looking for a great resort to meet at next June. We just want to lie by the pool or beach, get massages and other spa treatments, and generally relax. Only qualifications: must be beautiful resort with great rooms and great spa. Suggestions anyone?

Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ will be my next spa destination. My son and daughter-in-law visit at least once a year and rave about it.

Enchantment IS a beautiful resort, but I don't know if I would do it this time of year...check out the tempeatures in the area (would be too hot for me, but it depends on you.)
The Ritz Carlton at Half Moon Bay is also beautiful, but again, the weather might be an issue as they get lots of fog, but when I was there in April one year, it was great weather and the spa is beautiful.

Do you know about the website spafinder.com? Might be helpful. The Ritz Carlton in South Beach (or any of the Ritz Carltons) get good reviews here. (Although LilMsFoodie, a spa goer didn't like her treatments at the Naples RC) Turnberry Isle in Fla is supposed to be nice.

There are also some great places in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda in June is lovely (but filled with honeymooners
