Janine: Depends on what you're looking to do... went on a girls trip for a friends 30th birthday. I loved Epcot and all the international exhibits. The 3-D show was incredible if you like that kind of stuff. It was "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" when we were there. Paradise Island is fun - bars, restaurants and dancing but very crowded. If the Wilderness Lodge is a Disney property - you get access to one of the parks an hour earlier than the general public. It changes daily. Epcot stays open the latest except Paradise Island. So if you want to get everything in on a limited amount of time: go to the park that opens a hour early and work your way around, go to Epcot at night, have dinner then to Paradise Island. Exhausting but you'll see the most this way. becky

You'll probably get a lot of suggestions about Epcot -- and it is a blast, but don't let the fact that you're over 30, and no kids keep you from all the other attractions.

You're never too old to get a thrill out of Space Mountain. "Ride the Movies" at MGM will probably be one of your favorites.

Epcot has many restaurants -- If you know what you want to eat early in the day, make lunch reservations at one of the themed restaurants -- Mexican, Norwegian, Chinese, etc.

Since you're staying at Wilderness Lodge you have access to other places like Typhoon Lagoon. Besides the other Disney World attractions, they have the best water parks I've ever been to, for any age. Also, you can probably come and go as you want. If you feel like some old fashioned fast food, leave the park and go into Orlando or Kissimmii (sp?) and have pizza, burgers, whatever.

Although you're staying at Disney, take time to spend a day or so at Universal. You'll love "Back to the Future."

At Epcot, don't make the mistake of thinking "Honey I Shrunk the Audience" is just for kids. It's a hoot!

I have been to Orlando 6 times , we travel from England .
The best tip for seeing all the Disney Parks plus Universal Studios is take your time! It depends on how long you are staying for. Plan ahead which park you will visit on a certain day , make sure you get there early in the morning after breakfast , leave the park at lunch-time and re-visit early evening.
If you wish to return to the same park more than once in a day get your hand stamped when you exit.
Remember to pick up a map as you enter a park . Most importantly the parks (all of them) are very busy and you may have to queue for the popular rides, drink plenty of liquids .
I would advise against eating at any of the Theme Park restaurants , they are expensive and always busy.
Eat breakfast before entering and exit the park for lunch .

Hello. My husband and I have been to Disney World 3x in the past four years -without kids. All three times we had a blast. The first trip we got engaged, then we went back the next year and blew it out for 8 days, and then our last trip I was pregnant so we took it kind of slow. Each time we had a great time. We now have a 19m old so probably won't be going for a while but here are some suggestions for you.

1. Disney Marketplace (fun to walk around and shop if you would like to)
2. We loved Typhoon Lagoon!! The shark swim is fun as is all of the water slides. Especially liked the lazy pool. Hated Blizzard Beach (no shade) and when we went in the summer the lines were so long ( we got fried waiting in line).
3. MGM is a blast - Eat at the Brown Derby for a special dinner. Visit Bates Hotel for the rollercoaster ride.
4. Epcot is great - Eat at the seafood restaurant in the sea area (I forgot the name). And do Honey i shrunk the kids (alot of fun). The restaurant in Mexico very good (not your basic mexican food here -- upscale.)We were disappointed in France's restaurant.
5. WDW - Frontier Land and Tomorrow Land alot of fun (as well as Main Street) but found Fantasy Land filled with small children and kiddie rides. Don't forget to do Pirates Of the Caribbean and Haunted House; the water roller coaster is alot of fun too (forget the name).
6. We went 2 x in July (once over the fourth) and had a great time. The parks stay open late each night and there are alot of extras going on.
7. California Grill at the Contempory was great. Wonderful view of the park.
Great to see fireworks.
8. Polynessian Hotel very nice; good food.

Have a great time!!

My husband and I will be taking our belated honeymoon trip in December to WDW. Although it has been years since we have been here are some of the things we are looking forward to.
1. The rides, they have some great new more adult (scary) type rides.
2. My husband is going to do the Richard Petty driving experience while I go take a class at the Disney Institute.
3. One evening we will do an Illuminations Cruise on the Breathless
4. Pleasure Island
5. Boardwalk --Atlantic Dance, Jelly Rolls
6. the restaurants!!! SOme of the ones that I have been reading up on that sound FABULOUS are: California Grill, Flying Fish, Chefs de France, Artists Point (at the Wilderness Lodge), Wolfgang Pucks...just to name a few!
A few good web sites that you will want to check out are: www.disneyinfo.com and www.wdwig.com (Deb Wills Unofficial Guide).

Have a great time!
