Try this website
www.cruisewest.com
Travelled with them 2 years ago, was very satisfied. Nothing glamorous about it, but accomodations were more than satisfactory, and the advantages of small ship cruising vastly outweigh the lack of ammenities. The company is very professional, experienced and accomodating.

Check out Glacier Bay Tours. Just booked a cruise for next May with them. They were very responsive with info - even sent us an excellent video! We are ready to go now!!!!

Suggest you post this to the cruise board.

Just an FYI, the cruise ships still do have a "formal" nite, but it's not TOTALLY observed much anymore. You certainly can't go to the dining room in shorts for dinner, but a tux is no longer mandatory on a ship.
