1st Anniversary Dinner
 

I've been on the computer all morning looking for a special place for our anniversary dinner and still haven't come up with anything. Looking for something cozy and romantic. Approx $100 per person. Nothing fancy or pretentious. Trendy not necessary. It could easily be a little local place with a candle lit table in a corner with good food and service. No boats please. Type of food is open.

Etats Unis - small, cosy, romantic -wonderful food (American) and service.
On east 81st Street off 2nd Ave.

Il Buco - like being in a Tuscan farmhouse - great food and atmosphere - on Bond St off Lafayette.

Yeah, I'll add a couple to Mclaurie's very good list:
Erminia, Savoy, Cafe Cluny . . .
