$150 hotels in Manhattan? Which ones?

Given this price range for an April weekend stay, which properties would you recommend? Thank you.

Hi Rick,
What area of Manhatten would you like to be in? Upper East or West? Midtown East or West? Or something trendy in Chelsea or the Village? Check quikbook.com to get an idea of many properties in this price range, and then narrow your list to 3-4. Post your choices here and we'll help you choose the nicest one to make the most of yur stay.

Since you're not set on any particular hotel, i would try bidding on Priceline. You should be able to get a 4* hotel for <$100/nite.

Check out www.biddingfortravel.com for details and advice on how to bid.

I've had fabulous luck with Hotwire.com this year.

biddingfortravel.com is the way to go. I recently got several rooms at the hyatt for $75 - $90.
