I once saw a similiar post on the Europe board re: Paris.<BR><BR>I'll start<BR><BR>1. Ride the cable car.<BR>2. Climb coit tower.<BR>3. See the crookedest street.<BR>4. Go into the Buddhist temples in Chinatown.<BR>5. See the Painted ladies houses.<BR>6. See the painted ladies near Union Square (kidding).<BR>7. Go to Alcatraz.<BR>8. See the sealions by Fishermans Wharf.<BR>9. The hologram store in Ghiradelli mall.<BR>10. Relax near the fountain by the Palace of the Legion of honor.<BR>

When I am in San Fran, like so many cities, I typically find that my favorite activity is having sex with the locals. There is no better way of getting to know what the local people are like than by having intercourse with them.

Kan Zaman restaurant on Haight Street, and the best view in the city, on the hill overlooking Haight-Ashbury. You can see from the ocean to downtown.

I don't get it. Someone posts a similiar question on the Europe board regarding Paris and they get a list of 100 interesting experiences. I post this and what do I get. 100 people questioning my intent. (Except Susan and a few others). This is one nasty board.

Browse the funky shops in Haight-Ashbury<BR>26. Stroll the pretty grounds of the Exploratorium (site of the 1912{?} Worlds Fair)<BR>

Anybody know the current status of the DeYoung Museum in GGPark? Open? Remodeling or tering down and building new one?<BR>A bike ride thru GGPark down to Ocean Park and the Beach Chalet is always interesting!<BR>Kal

Stay away from teenage heroin addicts with Rottweilers who live SOMA. <BR>31. Look right, look left, then cross with the light only to be mowed down by a MUNI bus. <BR>32. Guess the gender of the beautiful man? woman?<BR>33. Pay too much for mediocre food.
