PDA program to keep track of photos
Hello.
Does anybody know of a good program for a Palm OS PDA to keep track of photos you've taken?
I have a new digital camera and storage device and plan on taking lots of pictures on my upcoming trip. I used to just write them down in a little notebook but since I'm taking my PDA, I was hoping to use that.
I guess I could use the memo or daily journal function, but I was wondering if anybody knew of something better.

Give me the memo pad anyday.
I work in a technical field, but find low-tech most often the best way to accomplish certain things.
In addition, many more people might be willing to mail a lost memo pad back to you (if you write instructions on/inside the cover) whereas too many would be willing to keep a pda. Hell- many would be willing to STEAL a pda, but wouldn't look twice at a memo pad.

I use the calendar on my iPAQ (Palm OS probably has something similar). From a powered-off state, one of the shortcut buttons on the unit opens to the last calendar entry made, and I can add a new one very quickly. Since the camera names each image with a timestamp, correlating the notes with the pictures is a piece of cake.
I don't eschew technology because of the risk of loss - I keep a backup, and I carry my PC in a deep front pants pocket. Having all of my travel data in one place is more appealing to me than keeping track of multiple maps, guides, and notebooks.

You could take notes of the location info, but any of the photo info is available in the digital meta info for the photo: date, time, exposure info, etc.
Photoshop Elements 3.0 comes with an Album program that is fantastic for cataloging all of your digitized photos.
