Luggage Help: Need a Luggage or Duffel at least 31" x 23" (78 x 57cm)

I am traveling very soon and have a box sized 31" x 23" x 5.5" (78 x 57 x 14cm) that I want to throw into a luggage or duffel. I am having a hard time finding one. Ideally I would like one slightly bigger to throw in a few more light-weight items. I am in New Jersey and would need the luggage/duffel bag by Thursday. Any suggestions?

The XL LL Bean Adventure Duffel comes closest to your size requirements. I checked the Patagonia Black Hole and the Dakine 74l I just bought, but they are both too small, I think, though you might want to Google those and check for yourself.

Depending on the box, your best bet really might be to just use tape/rope around that box to just create handles.

Also you'll want to double check your airlines oversize baggage policy. American calls anything over 62 inches oversise and that has a huge fee. 31+23+6=60 inches so you'd be extremely close to that and don't want to accidentally fall afoul of an oversize item fee for a few extra small items.

Thanks for the quick replies. I was able to find one: the ‘Rhino Trunk & Case Super Jumbo Armor Trunk’ which is available at a few sites. Seems to fit the job. It does weigh quite a bit but for protection it may be the best option.

Thanks.
