Travelocity problems

Hi. Couple of days ago i booked 3 flight tickets for my family though travelocity. And its a complete mess having to deal with them. The flight is from Poland to USA with 2 transfers on both the ongoing and the return flight so all together 6 flights. When I first booked with them they send me a confirmation email, but one of the legs of the return flight was missing. I called them (some call center in India) and they told me that the airline changed hours and asked me to confirm that i am ok with the new hours and this will be fixed. I confirmed and was informed that i am good to go. I hanged up and waited for the confirmation email. It arrived, but now one leg of the ongoing flight was missing. I called them again and the situation repeated identically to before: change of hours by the airline etc. Finally they got it right. Now I can see all the flights as they should be. However i noticed that the payment request didn't go though - they didn't charge me for the flights! I saw a cover charge but then it disapeared and no money was charged. I talked to my bank that there will be a big payment arriving and that they should clear it so this was not due to limits on my account. I called travelocity again because i dont want to end up in a situation where I go to the airport and cant fly due to failed payment. The travelocity agent told me that 6 flights are confirmed and lufthansa issued the tickets and i am good to go and its lufthansa that will charge me and not travelocity and the charge will come in the next days. It didn't. Frankly, I don't think the agent even knows how the buisness and payments work! I am not sure what to do. Any advice?

If you know the flight numbers and times, go onto the Lufthansa web site, register, and check to see that you are indeed on those flights. You have your confirmation number even if your email from Travelocity doesn't show all the connections. If they aren't present on the Lufthansa site, then you will have to deal with Travelocity to sort this out. It's one of the drawbacks of dealing with an online agent for a complex itinerary. But it's too late to cancel now; if you'd done this within 24 hours, you could have cancelled with Travelocity and booked directly with Lufthansa, which is what I would have recommended in such a situation like this.
