travelling by ship
 

hi everybody,i'm planning to travel abroad. I heard that there are some websites and such a things that you register at them and then you can travel by ships to another country without paying money for ticket.You should work as a sailor or work in the ship or making the food instead of paying money. i'm sure that's true cos my cousin's friend who is Chinese has traveled to NewZealand this way but i could not find him ans ask him directly. I am waiting for your answer please.

My general answer remains but here is the relevant portion for you:

"trivial jobs" = chipping and painting.

Of course, you might get "lucky" and land a job on yacht. Better be prepared to spend countless hours on the dock begging and be ready to leave at the drop of a hat.

No, it isn't likely these days mkhosroshahi. It wasn't that difficult back around the 1970s say (I've done it) but today there are 2 big problems. Unions and Insurance companies.

While there are ways around the problems such as getting a job on a cruise ship, it simply isn't a practical way to get from A to B as part of a journey.
