Tips on travel from Boston to Montreal, Canada

Need help, flying to and staying in Boston in July for a 5 days; then driving to Canada (Montreal) staying for 4-5 days. I'm not familiar with either location and need some tips for food, historic areas, and just interesting sites. Thanks

You'll want to post your question on the U.S. &/or Canada forums for more replies.

Just make sure your car-rental company allows you to drive into Canada. Most do, but just be sure.

You are staying in Boston for whole 5 days??

Or are you thinking of traveling with in the whole state and surroundings?

Cape Cod in July is AWESOME. As well as Newport, RI. And Martha's Vineyard.

I see you checked Wine interest. And although I dont know much about wine, this area has some pretty popular brewery's. (Sam Adams, Sea Dog). Catch a Red Sox game.
Museums are really nice and in the city. Do the historical Duck Tour (trolly/boat).

Are you coming with kids? That's more my league. (Museum of Science, Boston Aquarium)
