Tipping Butler & Concierge for Suite on Cruise
I booked a Suite on the Norwegian Gem for next year and just found out that you have to tip the Butler & Concierge separately. What is the appropriate amount to tip the Butler and Concierge in a Suite on a Cruise?

Also check with the cruise line website. Sometimes it's all lumped together as one payment for the trip, subject to your judgement; seldom is it required to carry cash for everyone you come in contact with.
BTW: you ain't seen nothing until you see the complete list of those you are 'supposed' to tip.
